Positions have included technical manager, executive manager, programme manager, managing director, adjunct professor, board member, and board chairman.

Most of his assignments have involved direct operative responsibility for large and often complex IT or industrial projects. The business areas have been primarily IT, media, industrial production, and logistics.

Johan is an inspirational teambuilder, who ensures the team can focus, deliver, and enjoy working. The method is a combination of clear leadership, experience, curiosity about people, and a passion for successful projects.

Sales, profitability, and development have been key words in the projects for which he has been responsible. He has a high capacity for work, is analytical and communicative, and has extensive experience of organising and managing teams and projects.

Examples of assignments where Johan can make a contribution and make a difference may be a turn-around case, a rapidly growing company that needs to be supplemented with senior experience, or a complex project with a business and/or technology focus that needs a manager or an advisor.

Professional background

Johan has been working as consultant, project manager, and company manager since 1998. The work has often involved responsibility for large, complex projects with a focus on business and technology. In addition to his industrial career as IT entrepreneur, and later as manager in the Bonnier Group for many years, Johan is associate professor at KTH, and has extensive experience from academia in roles such as guest professor and adjunct professor.

Up until the age of 25, Johan combined his studies at KTH with elite sport in the form of kayaking at international level. He still kayaks a great deal, not least in the form of surfski paddling, i.e. long-distance events over open sea.
